SV Körordnung 2012
Following please find the most important unofficial changes:
1. Deregulation of the breed survey classification “1” and “2” (Körklassen)
It is no longer differentiated between the Körklasse 1 and 2. As of 2012 there is no more classification in breed surveys. Until now the owner of a dog that was classified in Körklasse 2 had the possibility to re-present the dog in the next year to a Körmeister for a breed survey class improvement. As of now the owner can re-present the dog in the next year to the Körmeister for a breed survey improvement (breed survey report or TSB result).
2. Amendment regarding the TSB test
In case the bite work has to be stopped because lacking obedience the dog is no longer allowed to continue in the breed survey event. The dog may be re-presented for breed survey in the same year. A dog can be re-presented, because of lacking obedience, at most three times in one year.
When the dog receives the rating “läßt nicht ab” (does not release) the dog may not continue in the breed survey event. The dog may be re-presented for breed survey in the same year. A dog can be re-presented, because of “läßt nicht ab” (does not release), at most three times in one year.
A dog can’t be presented more than three times in one year when failing a breed survey because of lacking obedience or because he does not release.
3. Deferring for one year
A dog can be deferred for one year when:
a) The physical development of the dog doesn’t yet allow a breed survey but the development can be expected.
b) The behavior of the dog or the TSB rating doesn’t allow a breed survey.
A dog can be deferred according to point a) and b) only once for the same reason. If the dog fails the breed survey a second time because of either point a) or b) then the dog is unsuitable for breed survey.
